GENERAL INFORMATION
AIR TRANSPORTATION from Chicago and return via SWISS Airlines or other scheduled carriers. The airfare included in the tour
price is the lowest applicable fare at the time of printing, August 2005, and is subject to change without notice.
ACCOMMODATIONS are in Superior First Class & Deluxe hotels, in twin-bedded rooms with private facilities. You will receive a
detailed list of all the accommodations on your tour, including addresses and telephone numbers, with your travel documents.
MEALS are buffet breakfast and dinner daily. During the conference in Jerusalem, meals are breakfast lunch and dinner daily.
Beverages are not included except coffee and tea with breakfast.
TRANSFERS & TOURING are provided by modern, air-conditioned motor coaches. All entrance fees to places visited in the itiner-
ary are included.
TOUR PRICE is based on a group of 25 or more passengers and includes flights from Chicago, airport departure taxes, fuel sur-
charges and airport fees, accommodations in twin-bedded rooms, meals, personal tips and touring as indicated in our itinerary. Prices
do not include passports or items of a personal nature. Prices are based on air and land tariffs in effect at time of printing, August
2005, subject to change by our suppliers without notice.
DEPOSIT of $500 per person is required when placing reservations. Final payment is due by 75 days prior to departure. For pay-
ment plan details, please see your confirmation packet.
CANCELLATIONS of reservations must be made in writing. Refund in full will be made up to 125 days prior to departure, excluding
a $50 per person administrative fee and the insurance premium cost of $99. Cancellations within 95 days prior to departure are sub-
ject to the following charges:
Cancellation
INSURANCE Cancellation fees are charged by our suppliers and are out of our control. Therefore, in order to avoid costly cancel-
lation penalties should you have to cancel your tour prior to departure, we strongly recommend trip cancellation and interruption
insurance to cover losses. Coverage includes Trip Cancellation and Interruption up to a total cost of your tour (including pre-existing
condition waiver), medical expense coverage and baggage insurance. Certain exclusions and limitations apply. Complete terms will
be sent with your invoice and confirmation packet and are available on our website. If you wish to take advantage of pre-existing
condition coverage, please include the $99 per person premium in your tour deposit. Pre-existing coverage is available only when
insurance is purchased within 7 days of reserving your tour. Insurance premiums are non-refundable unless tour is cancelled by tour
operator.
UNUSED SERVICES As all tours are based on group travel, no refunds will be granted for missed sightseeing trips, meals, trans-
fers or hotel accommodations not used. No changes in hotels, deviations or extensions in the itinerary are allowed on this tour unless
arranged prior to departure from the U.S.A.
RESPONSIBILITY This tour is arranged by International Church of All Nations and Friendly Planet Travel Inc. All tickets and coupons
covering transportation or other services and facilities furnished are issued by International Church of All Nations and Friendly Planet
Travel Inc., only as agent for such other companies furnishing such services and facilities, and neither they nor their sub-agents shall
be held liable for loss or damage to property or injury to person caused by reason of any defect by any transportation company, agent,
or any such party providing such service. They reserve the right to withdraw services and make changes and alterations in the itin-
erary as may be necessary for the proper handling of the tour. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act,
omission or event during the times that passengers are not aboard the plane or conveyances. The passage contract in use by the
airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchasers of this tour or passen-
gers. International Church of All Nations and Friendly Planet Travel Inc. reserve the right to change any hotel listed with one of a sim-
ilar category if circumstances necessitate.
